Overview
Our highly trained and qualified staff are equipped with Certificates in Disability and Mental Health First Aid Training. Our Staff are experienced in assisting Participants with cognitive disabilities, mental health issues, challenging behaviours and we strictly adhere to the requirements as prescribed by NDIS regarding Restrictive Practices and Behaviour Support.
We are proud to be a registered NDIS Service Provider assisting NDIS Participants to live more independent lives.

A message from our Managing Director
Equipped with over two decades of customer service support skills and experience, Caterina Manalo, Managing Director has always been passionate about making her mark in the world of business management.
She has persevered throughout her career, trying to settle on a niche that would best complement her dynamic skill set and personality.
"Ten years ago, I embarked on my journey within the disability & care industry as a Support Worker, focused on supporting frontline participants, and families and working with senior management to ensure best practices and top-level services within Supported Independent Living homes and Community Participation services.
Since then I've worked my way up to Team leader, SIL Manager to Business Development Manager roles, and now finally living my dream -- managing my own NDIS organisation, which has involved 6 years of constant planning.
Over those years I have been expanding my industry knowledge, furthering my education with training courses and degrees, and acquiring the business acumen and confidence to finally make this life-changing decision to step up into a directorial role."
